This bride is extravagant, undone and mysterious.
She doesn’t care much for tradition and might wear crimson velvet instead of white or a floral collar instead of a crown.
For this shoot we wanted to play with an abundance of flowers in a slightly more moody and lush way than usual. We used a clean backdrop to let the floral creations and cakes stand out. Richly coloured roses, decadent desserts, and a beautiful girl to enjoy it all. The cakes possibly tasted even better than they looked. Dark chocolate guinness and gluten free orange and almond. So good!
For this unconventional wedding style we used bohemian gowns from Rue De Seine paired with vintage gowns and accessories from Paper Dress Vintage in Hackney. The pink faux fur is Florence Bridge.
I shot this in both digital and film and love the difference in mood and texture.
A perfect shoot from Sarah Burton and her creative team.
